1. Introduction

Welcome to Perfect Trainer App. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this app.

By subscribing to the Perfect Trainer App, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the app or required by law.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle.

3.3 Billing Cycle

The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each periodic renewal date thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, especially if your payment method has not successfully settled.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the App without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Perfect Trainer App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
